That may be shocking to everyone here who's seen all of our live demos of our AI talking on the phone. We love running those demos - they’re fun, engaging, & it’s absolutely mind-blowing how real our AI sounds.
So what is it that do we do then?
We build AI workers for the supply chain. Those AI workers use communication to solve tasks, whether that’s over email, messaging, and yes, also over the phone. They extract valuable data points like lane preferences, offered rate, GPS coordinates, or anything else you tell them to.
And then we leverage all of this functionality to track loads across their full life cycle, create customer profiles, analyze pricing, provide recommendations, and so much more.
So, while we do have best-in-class voice AI, that’s just part of what an AI worker may need to get the job done.
