At a high level, Bridge is a portal to an AI crew you can ask questions about customer relationships, communication history, shipments, AND ask to execute tasks for you.
It goes beyond workflow automation & supports your team across all that they do.
Actually, in addition to accessing Bridge, you can access information & execute tasks from wherever you're already working by chatting over slack or teams. The main benefit of accessing the Bridge platform is to visualize all of the information in a set structure.
The crew of AI workers you’ll have access to are powered by the HappyRobot platform you all know & love, leveraging our stellar templates or your custom flows.
Those AI workers will still be handling the automated, regularly scheduled tasks & surfacing that history in Bridge, but there’s also ton of tasks that someone has to decide to do like calling carriers outbound on a particular load. Now, just because the rep should decide what needs to be done, doesn’t mean they shouldn’t get some help. Bridge allows reps to ask clarifying questions to curate the task, and once aligned, go off and execute while you move on to the next important decision.

See every inbound & outbound call & email that has occurred in relation to one load or shipment. See at a high level who called, when, & the rate they offered & click into that communication for the recorded conversation and additional data points.

Each load/shipment contains a list of potential carriers matched by existing relationships or options captured from previously posted loads. Recommendations can be an exact match or similar match based on origin, destination, & equipment type.

Barge Into Live Web Calls
Monitor live calls & barge in if you want to take over the conversation.

Customer Profiles (Shippers & Carriers)
See profiles for all shippers and carriers you’ve ever been in contact with, whether that’s those you’ve actually run a shipment with or who have otherwise shown interest.
