Join us to change how work gets done.

HappyRobot helps enterprises put agents to work in complex environments. Join our mission.

Who we are.

Enterprise work is built on coordination. Across teams, systems, and decisions, the people doing the work spend more time orchestrating than executing.

HappyRobot is changing that. We build AI agents that put themselves to work inside enterprises — voice, chat, and back-office workflows — so the humans can focus on the parts that actually need them.

We started with one bet: that the machines that matter aren’t the ones that analyze. They’re the ones that act.

“The machines that matter aren’t the ones that analyze. They’re the ones that act.”

Our values

How we work.

Extreme ownership
We take responsibility for our work, our outcomes, and the company. If something is broken or could be better, we fix it — even if it isn’t our job.
Craftsmanship
We put care into every customer interaction, every workflow, every line of code. Quality compounds.
We are "majos"
A Spanish word — helpful, warm, low-ego. We have fun together and we make the people around us better.
Talent density and meritocracy
We hire people who raise the average. Ability beats seniority, and the best argument wins regardless of who makes it.
First-principles thinking
Strip the problem to its basic facts, ignore dogma, and design the solution from the ground up.
Urgency with focus
We move fast — but on the things that matter. Speed without direction is just noise.
